Colleen Nelson, author of the Biltmore series has been travelling on the East Coast for Canada Book Week visiting schools and bookstores, and in June she will be in Chicago for the American Library Association convention to promote her new Pajama titles. The Biltmore series has quickly established itself in the world of mystery titles for young readers! All titles are available or forthcoming in Audiobook and eBook editions. However, the big news is that the backlist titles are now releasing in paperback editions every season. Please find these new Biltmore titles in the colorful pages of our catalogue and we hope you enjoy them.
Promotionally, we will be releasing an amazing new animated trailer which features the three main characters of Mystery at the Biltmore: Elodie, Oscar and Carnegie—the energetic West Hyland White Terrier. The trailer will be part of a Mystery at the Biltmore social media campaign, and we will also feature it on our website. This amazing, animated clip was created by Kenay Maldonado, a gifted student of Peggy Collins with the Animation Program at Loyalist College.
Our fall list features Michelle Kadarusman’s sequel, Listening for Tigers, to her award-winning novel, Music for Tigers. Watch for early chaplets of this exciting Book II of The Tiger Trilogy. And included in our exciting line-up are two new series. Preschool Pretend, created by Kari-Lynn Winters for Kindergarten and Grade 1 children, celebrates drama and imagination. Our first title is I Am a Growl, followed by I Am a Squeak. Jennifer Maruno’s new series, Babies Bloom, offers new parents engaging books for their newborns in a beautiful gift format, perfect for baby showers or newborn gifts. And lastly, a very funny middle grade novel, What If There Are Alligators? from the award-winning author, Beverley Brenna, will entertain young readers with lots of laughs.
