Shari Green

Shari Green spent childhood summers exploring tide pools and reading stacks of library books. In her non-writing life, Shari works as a Practical Nurse, and she’s been a volunteer with children and teens in her church for many years. Shari lives in Campbell River, British Columbia, with her husband, kids, and the worst watchdog ever. She is the author of the middle-grade novels Root Beer Candy and Other Miracles and Macy McMillan and the Rainbow Goddess, which was a 2017 Junior Library Guild selection and has been nominated for the 2018 Forest of Reading Silver Birch Fiction Award and the 2017 Cybils Award.
